EDUCATION
Raphaele E. Alaura, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, AOCNP, received his associate’s degree in nursing from College of Southern Nevada, bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University and master’s degree in nursing from Purdue Global University.
EXPERIENCE
Raphaele is a Nurse Practitioner at S2 Health where he provides primary care and follow-up care to patients. He also specializes in Medical Weight Loss services, Chronic Care Management, Wellness Examinations, and Transitional Care Management. In addition to his Family Nurse Practitioner board certification, Raphaele is also certified by the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Prior to establishing S2 Health PLLC, Raphaele served as a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner for several healthcare providers in Southern Nevada, including Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada, Southwest Medical Associates, Monte Vista Psychiatric Hospital, Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, Infinity Hospice Care and Las Ventanas Skilled Nursing Facility.
PERSONAL
Raphaele is born and raised in the Philippines. He has a younger brother and was raised by his wonderful parents who instilled his morals and values in order to be the person he is now.
Raphaele and his lovely wife Joana, who he met in Las Vegas, have two amazing daughters, Athena and Amari. His hobbies include cooking, singing, and playing golf. He ultimately enjoys spending and cherishing his time with his family.

Maria is a Nurse Practitioner at S2 Health where she provides primary care and follow up care to patients. Prior to joining S2 Health PLLC, Maria held various positions at Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center and Spring Valley Hospital. She is well versed in critical care, geriatric care, chronic care management, and in-home care.
She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from DeLa Salle Lipa University and her Master's of Science in Nursing with focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from United States University.

Patient Care Coordinator
Riz Guiruela is a dedicated professional with a passion for connecting people and providing exceptional service. As she began her career in S2 health, she discovered an unexpected yet profound connection between her background in tourism and the healthcare industry. Her ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and foster a welcoming environment allows her to approach healthcare with a genuine desire to help.
She graduated with a bachelor's degree in tourism from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
